Ocala Equine Hospital has a full service laboratory for in-house and outside veterinarians offering a multitude of blood tests, hormone assays and microbiology techniques. Having a full service laboratory allows our veterinarians to institute appropriate therapies rapidly for our patients.
Our laboratory is a certified equine infectious anemia (Coggins) lab and routinely runs other regulatory and import / export tests. OEH also processes Interleukin Receptor Antagonist Protein (IRAP) and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for use in regenerative therapies.
