Dr. Hannah Kistler is originally from Mulberry, Florida. She earned her B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Florida Southern College in 2019. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2023 and began her internship at Ocala Equine Hospital shortly thereafter. Her professional interests include sports medicine, diagnostic imaging, and emergency medicine. Growing up, Dr. Kistler spent all of her free time with horses. She spent many years working as a horseback riding trail guide. During her undergraduate years, she worked part-time as a veterinary technician at an equine hospital. In her free time, Dr. Kistler enjoys watching football, reading, and going on trail rides with friends.
